Course Description:

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast,” Peter Drucker

If an organisation does not have a strong culture, it won’t be able to effectively execute its strategy in a sustainable way. At the same time, if the organisation does not have strategic focus and direction, its culture won’t survive. Your current culture is the enabler that aligns people to strive to achieve the organisations ambition.

This three (day) workshop focuses on defining a culture, reflecting on what is and planning for the desired state. Addressing the manager’s role in creating high performing teams and engaging with employees.

  • 2 day workshop
  • Minimum of 8 people must be present for this workshop.
