Awakening Excellence has developed a programme to effectively manage and lead people within your organisation, to create a high performing and engaged workforce. This programme is delivered to meet the needs of both junior and senior managers. The content is aligned to the Investors in People International Standard.

Lead and Manage People for high performance was developed from research on high performing organisations and understanding the needs and challenges of business, both locally and internationally. Managers are often promoted to team leader, supervisor, and management positions as a result of years of experience or technical expertise but at times lack management skills, knowledge, and behaviour. This programme is practical; supporting managers to achieve the individual, team, and business objectives.
