Regina Gounden is a trained life/professional and business coach, with a degree in International Banking and Qualifications in Finance and Business leadership. Combining these skills with her warm, approachable, and professional demeanour, she develops a partnership with clients based on trust, confidentiality, empathy, and the will to be successful.

She has been supporting and assisting small business owners for the past 15 years at Nedbank and has gained extensive experience and knowledge in growing businesses and on a personal level had gained practical experience whist owning a Nando’s Franchise in Gauteng.

Using a solution-focused model of coaching, she tailors each session to suit the client’s immediate needs. Together unravelling the gap between a current problem and a desired outcome. To achieve this, she explores various options and then set goals and plans of action, which are realistic and achievable within a specific time limit.  During each session her client gains greater knowledge about themselves and their business, which is invaluable, especially when it comes to job satisfaction, productivity and individual/team relationships as well as growing the business. They also learn the power of creative thinking.
