Coaching for high perfomance
This 3-month course equips executives, managers, supervisors and team leaders with the skills to coach individuals.
Organisations are looking internally for people who can guide them through workplace challenges, help improve performance, and lead teams with a solution focused mind-set. Coaching is becoming central to leadership development to help high potential leaders advance into successor roles; addressing performance issues, and grooming individuals for increased responsibility to achieve business goals.
The training is very comprehensive and goes beyond the requirements of the Unit Standards (USs). We have aligned it to the US so that organisations may gain the additional SETA benefits including:
• US – 113909: Coach a team member in order to enhance individual performance in the work environment
• US – 252035: Select and coach first line managers
• Aligned to the generic management qualification level – 4/5
We train you to measure the impact of your coaching – financial, non-financial, tangible and intangible impact.
Duration: 3-month programme – 2 classroom days per month
